At Alpha Cross Omega, we offer both digital and physical products. Please review the policy below carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products (No Refunds)

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital content delivery, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Complete 150 Psalms Animation Bundle (Digital Download)

• Any digital bundles or downloadable files

Upon purchase, customers receive access to a downloadable PDF access guide containing secure, private download links to the digital content.

🔒 Access Limitation Notice
For content protection:

• Download links are time-limited

• Links expire 48 hours after delivery or first access

• Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up files within this access window

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to download within the access period

• Expired download links

• Accidental deletion or loss of files after download

• Incompatibility with personal devices

2. Physical Products (USB Drive)

If you purchase a physical product such as the Psalm Treasury USB Drive:

• If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a free replacement

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

• Please email support@alphacrossomega.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We do not offer refunds on physical products unless required by law. Replacement is the primary remedy.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• If a replacement is approved due to defect or damage, replacement shipping will be covered by Alpha Cross Omega
